AccountDo I need an account to use RFX?

No account required for Demo Mode. Download the app, open it, and you’re immediately exploring 18 of 24 dashboards with synthetic data.

An account is only required if you upgrade to Pro — we use it to attach your Pro license key to your Apple ID for secure activation across your devices.

AccountHow do I delete my data?

Demo Mode: Just delete the app. All data is removed from your device.

Pro: Open RFX → Settings → Account → Delete All Data. Or email support@rabidfoxanalytics.com and we’ll process the deletion within 24 hours.

Note: Because RFX runs on-device by default, most data lives only on your iPad — not on our servers.
AccountCan multiple people on my team use one Pro license?

Pro licenses are per-seat. Each Pro user gets their own license key tied to their Apple ID.

Volume pricing kicks in at 3+ seats and gets aggressive at 10+. Email sales@rabidfoxanalytics.com with your seat count for a quote.

Pro LicensingHow do I buy an RFX Pro license?

Three steps, takes one business day end-to-end:

  • Email sales@rabidfoxanalytics.com with your bank name and how many seats you need
  • We send a quote and an App Store redemption code within one business day
  • Redeem the code in the App Store and Pro unlocks instantly on every device
No IT friction: Codes work like App Store gift cards. No MDM, no enterprise installer, no separate provisioning.
Pro LicensingCan I try Pro before purchasing?

Yes. Email sales@rabidfoxanalytics.com and request a 14-day Pro trial key.

We send a time-limited App Store redemption code so you can evaluate Pro with your own bank’s FFIEC data before committing to a paid license.

Pro LicensingWhat does Pro include over Demo Mode?

Pro unlocks 6 additional dashboards plus the ability to import your own bank’s data:

  • Loan Portfolio (concentration, vintage, geographic exposure)
  • Capital Action Planner (M&A and capital return pro-forma)
  • KPI Builder (47 base metrics, custom ratios)
  • Cards Portfolio (utilization, rewards economics)
  • Wealth & Trust (AUM, fee margins)
  • AI Board PDF generator

Plus: import your own FFIEC call report data, priority support, and quarterly office hours.

Pro LicensingCan my consulting firm use RFX with multiple client banks?

Yes — that’s exactly what the Institutional tier is for. Single license, multiple bank data imports, standardized framework across all client engagements.

Email sales@rabidfoxanalytics.com with your firm and number of bank clients for institutional pricing.

TechnicalWhat devices and iOS versions does RFX support?

iOS 16 and later, on both iPad and iPhone. Optimized for iPad with full feature parity on iPhone.

For best performance, M-series iPads (M1, M2, M3, M4) deliver the fastest dashboard rendering and on-device AI inference. The app runs well on A14+ iPads too.

TechnicalDoes RFX work offline?

Yes. Once your data is loaded, RFX works fully offline — on a plane, in a secure facility, anywhere with no internet.

Only optional features need connectivity:

  • Deep Seek (cloud-grade AI for complex queries) — opt-in
  • FRED economic data refreshes (macro indicators)
  • App Store updates when a new version ships
TechnicalHow do I import my bank’s call report data?

Requires a Pro license. Once you have one:

  • Open RFX → Settings → Data Sources
  • Enter your bank’s FDIC certificate number or RSSD ID
  • RFX pulls 5 years of FFIEC data (031, 041, or 051) automatically
  • Import typically completes in 12-15 minutes

For supplemental data (CRE schedules, FR Y-14, internal MIS), email support@rabidfoxanalytics.com.

TechnicalMy import failed or my dashboard is showing errors. What should I do?

Try these in order:

  • Force-quit RFX and reopen (resolves ~70% of transient issues)
  • Settings → Storage → Clear Cache (does not delete data)
  • Settings → Data Sources → Re-sync FFIEC data
  • If still failing: email support@rabidfoxanalytics.com with a screenshot

Include your iOS version and approximate import time when emailing support.

Privacy & ComplianceIs my bank’s data sent to the cloud?

By default, no. RFX runs on-device. All analysis happens on your iPad or iPhone.

The only optional cloud feature is “Deep Seek” (Claude-grade AI for complex questions), which is opt-in per query and disabled by default.

For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Privacy & ComplianceIs RFX GLBA-compliant for U.S. bank use?

Yes. RFX is designed with GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) compliance in mind:

  • On-device processing as default architecture
  • Apple App Store privacy nutrition labels documented
  • No third-party data sharing without explicit user consent
  • Apple sandbox isolation prevents cross-app data access
  • Audit-trail metadata on all generated PDF outputs

For your CISO or General Counsel, we can provide a detailed compliance brief on request. Email support@rabidfoxanalytics.com.

Privacy & ComplianceWhat regulatory frameworks does RFX align with?

RFX is built around U.S. banking regulatory frameworks:

  • FFIEC 031/041/051 — primary data source for all dashboards
  • Basel III — capital adequacy methodology
  • DFAST/CCAR — stress testing methodology
  • SR 11-7 — explainable AI for model risk management
  • SR 23-4 — post-SVB liquidity oversight
  • FR Y-14 series capital reporting

International frameworks (PRA UK, EBA EU, OSFI Canada) are on the 2027 roadmap.
